Description
Food supplement based on D-chiro-inositol, melatonin and folate.
Folate contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Ingredients
D-chiro-inositol; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: stearic acid, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid; colouring: titanium dioxide; melatonin, folate as Quatrefolic ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt).
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
