Product Description
It is composed exclusively of pure honey (100%), standardized and irradiated with gamma rays at a high enzymatic concentration.
It carries out an effective constant antibacterial action thanks to the slow release of hydrogen peroxide at 3°/°°; gluconic acid creates an acidic environment equal to pH 3.5 which inhibits bacterial proliferation.
The product meets all TIME phases:
• allows management of the wound bed (through autolytic debridement);
• manages infections thanks to its bactericidal and bacteriostatic action;
• attracts fluids, reduces exudate production and protects wound edges;
• stimulates fibroblastic activity, promoting and accelerating skin regeneration.
• For the reduction of bacterial load in ulcers with modest exudate;
• to promote the debridement of necrotic lesions;
• for deep cleansing of lesions;
• suitable for the management of chronic, acute, infected, deep and cavity wounds, for pressure ulcers, vascular ulcers, diabetic foot, ulcers of various etiologies, surgical wounds and 1st and 2nd degree burns.
How to use
Clean the wound with saline solution, apply a thin layer of product and bandage with secondary dressing.
