Farina di mais; farina di riso; amido di mais.
Modalità d'uso
Aggiungere un cucchiaino di olio nell’acqua di cottura prima di calare la pasta. Portare all’ebollizione 3 litri di acqua salata (con 15 g di sale), calare le lasagne (2-3 pezzi per volta) e far bollire, senza mescolarla per 4 minuti. Scolarla e trasferirla in un recipiente di acqua fredda. Dopo aver cosparso di condimento il fondo di una teglia da forno, deporre le lasagne a strati ricoprendo ciascuno strato con salsa, parmigiano e besciamella. Ricoprire il tutto con la salsa, spolverare con abbondante parmigiano ed infornare in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 25 minuti.
