Farina di grano saraceno (45%); farina di mais; amido di mais.
Modalità d'uso
Utilizzare una pentola capiente con abbondante acqua: non meno di 2 litri di acqua per 250 g di pasta. Ad ebollizione viva aggiungere circa 5 g di sale grosso per litro di acqua e calare la pasta. Mescolare delicatamente e, trascorso il tempo di ebollizione di 5 minuti, spegnere la fiamma lasciando il prodotto nell’acqua di cottura, a pentola coperta, per altri 3 minuti o finché non si sia raggiunto il grado di cottura preferito.
