Mixture of live lactic ferments (Streptococcus thermophilus DB320, Lactobacillus acidophilus DBD15B, Lactobacillus casei DBD4, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus DBD2, bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis DB96, maltodextrin); sweetener: isomalt; fructooligosaccharides (FOS); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; flavouring.

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, dissolved in yogurt or water at room temperature.
