Magnesium citrate, corn maltodextrin, food gelatin capsule; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; ferrous gluconate, zinc sulphate, copper gluconate, sodium molybdate, selenium -L methionine.

How to use
One capsule twice a day, on an empty stomach, swallowed without chewing or opening.
