How to use
2 tablets a day taken with a little water, one in the mid-morning and the other in the mid-afternoon.
Warnings

Do not take a daily amount of 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Do not take the product on an empty stomach. The product must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet and with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, more than three weeks, it is advisable to seek the advice of a doctor.
