A granular food seasoning made from miso and roots, which are cooked together for 10 hours, stirring constantly, to make this seasoning with a strong and stimulating flavour. Use tekka in small quantities to season whole grain dishes. Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Hatcho miso [soybeans, water, sea salt, barley flour, koji (Aspergillus oryzae)] (73%), burdock root (7.4%), carrots (7.4%), lotus root (7.4%), toasted sesame oil, ginger root (0.7%).
May contain traces of sesame.
