Description
Food supplement of folic acid (vitamin B9) and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), useful for filling nutritional deficiencies or increased needs for these nutrients.
Folate contributes to normal hematopoiesis, normal homocysteine metabolism and maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and is involved in the process of cell division.
Ingredients
Water, fructose, vitamin B12 titrated 0.1% (cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin; acidifiers: citric acid, trisodium citrate), folic acid, blackcurrant flavouring; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; thickener: xanthan gum; acidity regulator: citric acid.
Gluten free.
How to use
Take 8 drops daily unless otherwise directed.
The average recommended nutritional intake of folic acid is approximately 400 mcg per day (corresponding to 8 drops of Idrofolic Plus). The average recommended nutritional intake of cyanocobalamin is approximately 2.5 mcg per day, an intake that in case of need and according to different medical indications, can reach 33 mcg per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
