Omega-3-6-9 food supplement.
Omega 3-6-9 is a food supplement of polyunsaturated fatty acids from the omega-3 series (EPA, DHA), omega-6 (GLA, linoleic acid) and omega-9 (oleic acid). Omega-3s are long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids found in fish oil. Oleic acid (from the omega-9 series) is an unsaturated fatty acid and helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Omega 3-6-9 contains Borago officinalis which contributes to the integrity and function of cell membranes and flaxseed oil, a natural source of ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), the precursor of the omega-3 series.

Ingredients
Fish oil (from wild Alaskan salmon, menhaden, sardines, anchovies and/or herring), flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.), borage seed oil (Borago officinalis L.); antioxidant: vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherol); softgel: gelatin; firming agent: glycerol.

Gluten and lactose-free.

Directions for use
