Magnesium carbonate, magnesium glycerophosphate; dextrose; bulking agent: cellulose; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E); anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; nicotinamide (vitamin B3), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine monohydrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (vitamin B9), D-biotin (vitamin B8).

Adults: 2 tablets twice daily.
