Soluble drink preparation based on chamomile extract, melatonin and magnesium, flavoured with vanilla.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Sugar free and with sweetener.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, magnesium citrate 9.7%, dry extract of chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla L.) 2.9%, flavouring 1%; sweetener: steviol glycosides; melatonin 0.023%.
Gluten free.

How to use
Pour the contents of one sachet into a cup (120 ml), add water at the desired temperature, stir and the chamomile is ready immediately.
We recommend 1 sachet per day, shortly before going to bed.
