Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Californian poppy and lime tree contribute to relaxation (sleep, in case of stress).
Passionflower contributes to relaxation and mental well-being.
Ingredients
Water, apple juice, Californian poppy herb extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham.), lime inflorescences extract (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.), passionflower flowering aerial parts extract (Passiflora incarnata L.), carrot juice, pear juice; thickener: xanthan gum; flavourings; acidifier: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; sweetener: sucralose; melatonin.
Gluten free.
