Description
Food supplement based on vitamins, minerals, galega (Galega officinalis), milk thistle (Silybum marianum), beta-carotene and fatty acids (EPA and DHA), indicated for women in the months following childbirth and during breastfeeding.
Galega officinalis has galactagogue properties as it promotes the production of breast milk after giving birth. Silybum marianum, titrated in Silymarin, has an antioxidant and body-purifying function. The B vitamins contribute to energy metabolism and, together with Magnesium, Iron and Vitamin C, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc and Selenium help maintain normal hair and nails. In addition, the DHA contained in fish oil contributes to normal brain and eye development in breast-fed infants**.
** The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, which is equal to 250 mg of DHA and EPA.
