Description
Melatonin food supplement in drops. Melatonin with a purity of at least 99% in liquid form, which promotes sleep by helping to reduce the time required to fall asleep. Melatonin naturally present in the body maintains the physiological rhythms of the sleep-wake cycle; its supplementation (1 mg) can be useful to promote sleep. The formulation in drops allows flexibility of dosage.
It does not contain gluten .
It does not contain lactose .

Purified water; stabilizer: glycerol; melatonin; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity regulator: citric acid.

How to use
It is recommended to take 4 drops (approximately 0.2 ml) per day, equivalent to 1 mg of melatonin, in the evening before going to bed, as is or diluted in a little water.
