Food supplement based on melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Ingredients
Purified water; fructose; concentrated apple juice (Malus domestica Borkh., fruit); preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin; thickener: xanthan gum; flavorings; acidifier: citric acid.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Take 0.5 ml (measure with the pipette) in the evening before bedtime. Shake well before use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
