Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function; pantothenic acid, folate, magnesium, vitamins PP, B2, B1, B6, B12 and C to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system.
