MELATONINAMED FAST contains 1 mg of Melatonin per tablet. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. GLUTEN FREE.
NUTRITIONAL TABLE
HOW TO USE: It is recommended to take one tablet shortly before going to bed. To reduce the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
INGREDIENTS: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; Melatonin.
WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children under three years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly.
