Description
Food supplement based on melatonin that helps reduce the time required to fall asleep, with Griffonia that supports normal mood tone and hydroalcoholic extracts of chamomile, valerian and lemon balm, which promote relaxation.
Ingredients
Water, vegetable glycerin, alcohol, Melissa officinalis L. herba c. floribus ei, Valeriana officinalis L. radix ei, Matricaria chamomilla L. capitula ei, Griffonia simplicifolia DC. Baill semen es tit. 95% 5-HTP, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavouring, Mentha piperita L. aetheroleum, melatonin powder, sweetener: sucralose.
How to use
It is recommended to take 4 sprays a day, one hour before bedtime. Shake before use.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
The product is usually well tolerated. Use should be avoided in cases where individual hypersensitivity to the components is evident.
