Articolo fabbricato utilizzando acciaio al carbonio AISI 1050 o acciaio inox AISI 420. L’utilizzo di questi acciai permette una lunga durata nell’utilizzo della forbice.- Le lame sono temperate con trattamento termico a sali chimici, con una durezza minima di 52-56 HRC che garantisce una ottima tenuta di affilatura e flessibilità della lama.
- Gli articoli fabbricati con acciaio al carbonio, vengono sottoposti al trattamento di nichelatura, con uno spessore minimo di 10 micron.
- L’affilatura di ogni singolo pezzo viene eseguita con macchinari ad alta precisione, e successivamente assemblate per mezzo di vite tornita che ne permette la regolazione e l’eventuale smontaggio per l’affilatura.
Ogni singolo prodotto subisce diverse operazioni di pulitura e molatura che permette di ottenere un’eccellente finitura. Essi sono realizzati per usi specifici, e lavorati con precisione e cura da maestri artigiani per un risultato professionale.
