Description
Sterile cleansing gel for eyelids and eyelashes.
Sterile gel for daily hygiene of eyelids and eyelashes.
Sterile hypoallergenic gel for daily hygiene of eyelids and eyelashes.
Eyelid hygiene is recommended by ophthalmologists in the following conditions:
- blepharitis (anterior and posterior), inflammation of the eyelids;
- dry eye associated with dysfunction of the meibomian gland, glands located inside the eyelids;
- damage to the eye and eyelid due to acne rosacea, a facial skin disease with redness;
- damage to the eye and eyelid due to seborrheic dermatitis, a facial skin disease with redness and scaling.
Eyelid hygiene may also be recommended in the case of surgery, when meticulous cleaning of the eyelash roots and eyelids is necessary.
It can be recommended to contact lens wearers.
Sterile gel formulated for easy and mechanical cleaning of sensitive and/or atopic-prone, irritated and/or damaged eyelids.
- Helps the product adhere to the eyelids.
- Poloxamer 188 emulsifies, soluble and gently eliminates mucous secretions from the eyelids (mucus, crusts and scales at the roots of the eyelashes).
- Respects the natural hydration of the eyelid.
- Refreshes, softens and soothes the eyelids.
- It leaves no residue, is not oily and is not sticky.
Hypoallergenic, ophthalmologically tested. Without preservatives, alcohol (ethanol) and perfume.
How to use
Apply BLEPHAGEL on average twice a day, morning and evening, or whenever it is necessary to clean the eyelids.
For first use, gently press the front of the tube (on the Thea logo) for 3 seconds, to push the gel towards the pump. Then, point the tube downwards and prime the pump by pressing the top three times.
1 - Pressing on the top (pump), dispense a small amount of BLEPHAGEL onto a gauze (do not press the tube). Remove any residual gel from the nozzle of the tube with a gauze.
2 - In front of a mirror, close one eye and gently apply the gel to the closed eyelid and lash line.
3 - Using circular motions, quickly and gently rub your eyelids and lash line until all residue is removed.
4 - Remove any residue of BLEPHAGEL from the eyelids with a clean gauze.
5 - Repeat these 4 steps for the other eye.

Aqua, poloxamer 188, PEG 90, carbomer, sodium hydroxide.
Warnings
- Product intended to be applied to the eyelids and eyelashes, do not apply in the eyes.
- Do not keep the tube open for more than 8 weeks.
- Do not cut the tube (risk of bacterial contamination).
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Conservation
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Shelf life after opening: 8 weeks.
