Description
Unghiasil SOS Verruche DM is a medical device indicated for the treatment of common, periungual, plantar and mosaic warts. It forms a protective film on the surface of the wart, which guarantees a localized and long-lasting action. It is also useful for the treatment of corns and calluses. The package also contains some plasters that improve the permanence of the product on the area to be treated.
Property
Synergistic action of two main components: salicylic acid and lactic acid. Both perform a keratolytic function, capable of softening and dissolving the horny layer (hardened) of the epidermis. It also allows good results to be obtained for the treatment of skin hyperkeratosis (typical of calluses and corns). The first results are obtained after a short period of treatment.
Components
Collodion, lactic acid, salicylic acid, isopropyl alcohol, castor oil.
How to use
Apply directly with the appropriate applicator to the area of skin affected by the wart (or calluses and corns), avoiding contact with the surrounding skin areas.
After about a minute from application, a white film will form adhering to the surface of the wart and already at this stage Unghiasil SOS Verruche DM will begin to act.
Repeat the application twice a day, morning and evening.
In case of deep warts, after applying Unghiasil SOS Verruche DM and letting it dry, apply the patch contained in the package directly over the wart.
This will allow for a more occlusive effect which will enhance the effectiveness of the product.
It is recommended to renew the application of the liquid and the covering with the patch every one/two days.
Use consistently until the wart naturally detaches.
Warnings
Apply only to the wart.
Avoid contact with healthy skin.
Do not apply on the face, anogenital area or mucous membranes in general.
In case of redness and pain, discontinue application.
Do not use if you have diabetes or circulatory problems, unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor.
Do not use to prevent warts.
Avoid contact with eyes.
In some rare cases, the use of Unghiasil SOS Verruche DM could cause sensitization phenomena.
In this case it is advisable to suspend the treatment.
Product for external use only.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not apply Unghiasil SOS Verruche DM on damaged skin, open wounds, reddened areas and on large areas, moles, seborrheic warts, condylomas, facial warts, infected calluses.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding: ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before applying the product.
