Description
Sterile cleansing and sanitizing wipes for the eye area.
Wipes soaked in a natural solution optimized for periocular use, with an isolacrimal pH and with cleansing, emollient and normalizing properties of the skin's bacterial load.
Sterile wipes free of fragrances that may cause allergic reactions in particularly sensitive individuals. They provide gentle cleansing with a refreshing sensation and mechanical removal of mucous secretions and dry and greasy flaking resulting from inflammatory and/or infectious conditions, such as blepharitis and blepharoconjunctivitis of various kinds, meibomian gland dysfunction, rosacea, styes, chalazia, allergies, or trauma to the eye area. They can also normalize bacterial load and gradually inhibit the recurrence of secretions.
It can be used advantageously in both adults and children aged 4 years and over.
How to use
Open the sachet by tearing it from the notch provided. After removing the wipe, preferably with clean hands, proceed to clean the eyelid area, gently wiping it over the surface of the eyelid and the area around the eyes, taking care to keep the eye closed. Repeat this process several times to help completely remove ocular secretions and any other deposits (dust, makeup, etc.). If particularly persistent secretions and/or blocked tear ducts occur, it is advisable to warm the closed sachet for a few minutes in warm water (approximately 40°C) and then use the wipe as a warm compress, massaging gently. In case of inflammation, it is advisable to cool the closed sachet in the refrigerator for a few hours and then apply the opened wipe to the eye, keeping it there for a few minutes as a cold compress. Since the product should not come into contact with the intraocular area, it is also beneficial for contact lens wearers. It can be used as a cleanser for the eyelid area during the pre- and post-operative period in the case of eye surgery. The wipes are sterile and can also come into contact with damaged skin caused by wounds or abrasions.
Components
Vegetable glycerin, Aloe ferox glycolic extract, Malva sylvestris glycolic extract, Citrus grandis hydroglyceric extract (grapefruit seed extract), cocamidopropyl betaine, potassium phosphate monobasic, potassium phosphate dibasic, disodium EDTA, purified water.
Warnings
For skin application only. Do not apply directly to eyes. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
