Maltodextrin, Mixture of: Bifidum Breve BR03 DSM 16604, Bifidum Lactis BS01, Bifidobacterium Bifidum BB01 DSM 19818, Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei LPCOO, L-acidophilus LA02, Bifidum Infantis BI02 DSM 24687, Bacillus Clausii DSM 8716, 100 billion UFC/g; Food gelatin (capsules), Inulin; Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; Colorant: titanium dioxide E171.

How to use
Swallow one capsule as is or open it and disperse the contents in water or other drinks (juices, milk) once or twice a day, preferably away from meals.
