Food supplement based on melatonin with added vitamin D and milk.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, to the normal maintenance of bones and teeth and to the normal function of the immune system.
Ingredients
Skimmed milk powder; stabilizing agents: mannitol, dextrose, calcium phosphate, corn starch; sucrose; anti-caking agent: glycerol dibehenate; vitamin D (cholecalciferol), melatonin, vanilla flavor.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
