Description
Supplement based on magnesium, iron, copper and zinc salts, useful in cases of increased need and/or reduced dietary intake of these nutrients.
Ingredients
Magnesium oxide, zinc gluconate, iron gluconate; technological additives: pregelatinized starch, calcium carbonate, levilite, magnesium stearate, rice starch, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; copper gluconate.

Directions for use
Take one capsule daily with plenty of water, or open the capsule and pour the contents into approximately 500 ml of water to be sipped throughout the day or during physical activity.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age to avoid accidental ingestion. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
