Description
Patch with FIR technology, reflects body infrared. FIT patches are made of 100% polypropylene non-woven fabric with minerals (such as titanium). It has been demonstrated that a special composition of minerals (metal dioxides) in the form of a powder called AT5.05 is able to reflect the farthest part (between 4-21 microns) of infrared, called Far Infrared (FIR). Consequently, according to recent scientific hypotheses, this technology can be applied to the human body, thus exploiting the reflection of infrared, normally emitted with the dispersion of body heat, causing an increase in the superficial skin microcirculation.
The patches are indicated:
- to alleviate situations of discomfort at the musculoskeletal level related to excessive accumulations of tissue acidosis due to overload of work of the muscle fibres through a more rapid disposal of lactic acid;
- in the functional recovery processes on muscle tissues affected by situations of overload contracture, antalgic contracture and strength deficit from over-stress syndromes as they promote the reduction of painful symptoms and combine a myo-relaxing action on the affected muscle area.
How to use
It can be used in case of ankle pain and contractures (sprains, tendonitis).
1. Remove the patch from the base.
2. Apply the patch to the ankle, on dry, clean and hairless skin.
3. Wait about two minutes for the patch to adhere better to the skin.
4. Keep the patch applied for 5 days.
5. Continue therapy until symptoms improve.
The patch maintains its function even when wet (e.g. shower).
Warnings
They are non-sterile products and do not contain any drugs.
The patches should not be used on wounds or broken or red skin as they may cause infection.
In case of specific circulatory pathologies (particularly related to microcirculation) or muscular pathologies, do not use the product without first consulting your doctor as it could be ineffective and/or lead to a worsening of the pathological condition.
Do not apply the patch if there are obvious signs of wear or anomaly.
Localized hypersensitivity phenomena may occur at the application site of the patch, which may manifest themselves with the appearance of itching, redness, or actual erythema sometimes with the appearance of vesicles (blisters). If itching/burning occurs following the application of the patch, it is advisable to remove the patch immediately.
In case the user is a child or a pregnant woman, it is recommended to consult a doctor before using the product, to avoid possible unwanted side effects. Do not use the same product for more than 5 days.
In case of continuous applications (even from the same package), replace the product with a new one as it could lead to a reddened skin condition.
Do not use the product after the expiry date, as it may lose its primary characteristics.
The effectiveness of the product is not guaranteed if it is reused.
In the event of a serious incident, the user reports the event directly to the manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member State in which the user is established.
