The patented formula thickens quickly and is resistant to amylase (an enzyme present in saliva). Depending on the quantity used and following the doctor's instructions, it is possible to obtain a syrup, cream or pudding consistency. After that, the foods and drinks can be treated normally and refrigerated, frozen or reheated. Thickened drinks and foods do not change consistency until they have been completely swallowed.

Carbonated drinks
