Souvenaid is a food for special medical purposes, designed to meet the specific needs of people with age-related cognitive decline. It contains Fortasyn Connect, a unique and patented combination of nutrients (omega-3 fatty acids, phospholipids, choline, uridine monophosphate, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin B6, B12, folic acid and selenium) that acts directly on the synapses in the brain.
Souvenaid has demonstrated its effectiveness in three scientifically validated clinical studies:
- in subjects with mild Alzheimer's disease, verbal memory performance improved after 12 weeks of treatment;
- in subjects with mild Alzheimer's disease, global memory improves after 24 and 48 weeks of treatment;
