Description
Instant granular preparation with extract and beef, enriched with extra virgin olive oil, designed to prepare broths, risottos and elaborate meat-based recipes, but also ideal for enhancing the taste of quick pan-fried dishes.
No hydrogenated fats, no palm fat, no preservatives.
Ingredients
Table salt; flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate; lactose , beef extract 4.7%, extra virgin olive oil 2%, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables in various prop. (onion - celery 0.8% - carrot), dehydrated beef 0.4%, natural flavours, spices.
May contain peanuts .
Gluten free.

How to use
For the broth: dissolve 1 teaspoon (4 g) of product in 250 ml of boiling water.
To flavor dishes: add the product as a total or partial replacement for salt.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, do not leave the product exposed to air, do not take the product with wet spoons and store it preferably in the refrigerator.
