Description
Visor for the protection of eyes and mucous membranes from non-toxic aerosols. PPE 1st category.
The “Visera G” is intended for a simple “splash guard” function; designed to protect the face from light splashes of non-hazardous liquids and from aerosols emitted by human breathing or by third parties.
Not sterile.
This Category 1 Personal Protective Equipment is intended to protect the person exclusively from risks of minor physical damage for which the user is able to directly perceive the effectiveness of the protection offered by the PPE and whose effects, if gradual, can be felt in good time and without damage to the user such as: - contact with mildly aggressive cleaning products or prolonged contact with water;
- contact with hot surfaces not exceeding 50° C;
- non-extreme weather conditions.
How to use
The product is packaged in a non-sterile bag. For cleaning, use a sponge or soft cloth with warm water and soap or alcohol-based disinfectants.
There are no spare parts. Replace the “Visor G” with a new one as soon as the clear visor becomes cloudy or worn.
The “Visera G” can normally be used even in the presence of glasses and contact lenses, thanks to the distance provided between the visor and the face, which also reduces the risk of fogging.
When not needed, the visor can be raised on the head.
