Description
Consistent emulsion, caramel colored, based on simethicone and Bacillus coagulans, formulated in drops to facilitate administration. It is a medical device with mechanical action. It acts by reducing the surface tension of the gas bubbles that form inside the digestive system.
Indicated in the treatment of meteorism, aerophagia and gas colic in infants, children and adults, even in the presence of alterations in the intestinal bacterial flora.
Indicated in dyspeptic disorders, in all cases where a reduction in gastric emptying times is required and in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
Adjuvant in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori.
How to use
Shake the bottle vigorously before use. In order to facilitate the correct dispensing of the viscous (dense) product in drops, apply a light, but sufficient, pressure on the walls of the bottle.
Adults and children: 20 drops, possibly diluted in a liquid, 2-4 times a day, preferably after meals or as advised by your doctor.
Infants: 10 drops, possibly diluted in a liquid, 2-4 times a day or as otherwise advised by your doctor.
Components
Simethicone (emulsion 30%), Bacillus coagulans spores (minimum 1.5 ml/g), fructose, sodium benzoate, flavouring.
Warnings
- Keep out of reach of children.
- The product maintains its complete gastrofunctionality for 30 days after opening.
- It is advisable to leave an interval of at least one hour between taking Colinox and taking medications.
- Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the components of the product.
- Consult your doctor before taking this product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult your doctor.
- Close the bottle tightly after use.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
- Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or tampered with (e.g. relabeled). Tampering and/or failure to integrity the packaging could compromise the safety requirements of the product itself.
The presence of Bacillus coagulans can affect the organoleptic characteristics of the product; therefore, variations in colour and/or flavour may be observed without any deterioration in its quality.
