Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) rhizome and root dry extract titrated at 0.8% in total sesquiterpenic acids, calculated as Valerenic acid, food gelatin, Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L.) herb with flowers dry extract titrated at 3.5% in total flavonoids expressed as Vitexin, Hawthorn (Crataegus Monogyna J.) flowers and leaves dry extract titrated at 1.8% in Vitexin, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Melissa (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves dry extract titrated at 2% in total hydroxycinnamic derivatives expressed as Rosmarinic acid, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone; colorant: titanium dioxide.

It is recommended to take 3 capsules during the day, or 2 capsules in the evening before going to bed.
