Description
Food supplement based on herbs, amino acids and vitamins. Valerian, passion flower, sweet woodruff, hops and chamomile promote sleep and, together with bitter orange, promote relaxation. Valerian and hops are useful for relieving stress while bitter orange and chamomile contribute to maintaining mental well-being. In addition, vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, C, folic acid and biotin support normal psychological function.

How to use
It is recommended to take 5 tablets once or twice a day at any time (from 5 to 10 tablets per day); it is recommended to take one of the two doses after dinner or before going to bed. Close carefully after use.
