Description
Dietary supplement of fiber and lactic ferments that help maintain the balance of intestinal bacterial flora. Psyllium, agar-agar and chicory promote intestinal regularity by normalizing the volume and consistency of feces. Psyllium, with agar-agar and guar, modulates the absorption of nutrients; together with acacia, on the other hand, it has an emollient and soothing action on the entire digestive system and facilitates the metabolism of carbohydrates. Finally, guar gum promotes the feeling of satiety.
Product suitable for vegans, naturally lactose-free.
With natural orange flavour and natural sweeteners.
It does not contain preservatives, colorants, flavorings or synthetic sweeteners.

Psyllium (Plantago ovata) seed husk powder, agar-agar (Gelidium amansii) thallus (algae) es; acidity regulator: citric acid; FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides), chicory (Cichorium intybus) roots es (titrated at 90% in inulin), guar gum powder, acacia (Acacia senegal) gum powder, lactic ferments (Lactobacillus acidophilus SGL11 and Bifidobacterium bifidum SGB02); natural flavouring: sweet orange (Citrus aurantium var. sinensis or dulcis) fruit peel es; natural sweeteners: steviol glycosides from stevia, thaumatin.

How to use
Take 1 level scoop (4 g) diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml) one to three times a day at any time (4 to 12 g per day). Pour the powder into the dry glass, add the water and then mix. Scoop included in the package. Close carefully after use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
