Senna, buckthorn, mallow, cascara, barberry and rhubarb promote regular intestinal transit. Fennel, peppermint, star anise and green anise are useful for promoting digestive function and the elimination of intestinal gas.
Ingredients
Blend of cut herbs: senna (Cassia angustifolia) leaves and fruits (follicles), licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) roots, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) whole fruits, peppermint (Mentha piperita) leaves, buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula) bark, mallow (Malva sylvestris) flowers and leaves, cascara (Rhamnus purshiana) bark, marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) roots, star anise (Illicium verum) fruits, green anise (Pimpinella anisum) whole fruits, barberry (Berberis vulgaris) root bark, Chinese rhubarb (Rheum palmatum) rhizomes.

How to use
It is recommended to take the herbal tea obtained with 1 or 2 heaped tablespoons (5 or 10 g) once a day at any time, suggested in the evening after dinner or before bedtime. Add the herbs to a cup, pour boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 10 minutes before filtering and drinking. Close carefully after use.
