Magnesium L-pidolate, magnesium L-ascorbate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, E464 (capsule shell), zinc L-pidolate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine-5-phosphate), manganese pidolate, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and micronized silica; copper bisglycinate, sodium molybdate [molybdenum(VI)], vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), folate (calcium L-methylfolate), sodium selenite.
