Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, plant extracts of lavender and passionflower and vitamin B6.
The outer capsule contains lavender which promotes relaxation and sleep.
The internal capsule contains melatonin, which helps reduce the time required to fall asleep*, and passionflower which contributes to relaxation and promotes quality of sleep.
*To reduce the time required to fall asleep, beneficial effects are obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Safflower oil (Carthamus tinctorium L.), passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial parts), fish gelatine, lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., aetheroleum); coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); gelling agent: gellan gum (E418); melatonin; colouring: copper complex of chlorophyllins (E141).
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

Oral use. 1 capsule "2 in 1" per day, one hour before going to sleep.
