Description
LECOXEN RE-EPITHELIALIZING AND SCAR-HEALING CREAM 30 ML EKUBERG PHARMA
LECOXEN CREAM
Description
Protective and scar-healing cream.
A cream with a protective and moisturizing action for damaged skin and perilesional margins, capable of contributing to the formation of an optimal moist microenvironment to promote wound healing. Its use is also suggested after wound closure to prevent the formation of unsightly scars (keloids).
Instructions for use
1. Ensure the affected wound is clean.
2. Gently blot any excess exudate before applying the cream.
3. Remove the cap and press the tube to dispense an adequate amount of cream to apply to the affected area and perilesional margins.
4. Gently remove any excess with a clean tissue or gauze. For optimal results, Lecoxen cream should be kept in continuous contact with the wound and its edges. If necessary, cover the affected area with a secondary dressing.
5. Replace the cap after use.
6. Lecoxen cream should be reapplied when changing the dressing or when checking the wound's progress at least every 24 hours, or as advised by a doctor. To prevent abnormal scarring, it is recommended to use Lecoxen cream for a minimum treatment of 60-90 days. Larger scars may require more time. The product is recommended for children aged 3 and above. Use in pregnant or breastfeeding women is not subject to contraindications.
