DescriptionFood supplement of branched amino acids in the ratio of 4:1:1 and creatine on a carbohydrate basis (fructose and maltodextrin). Branched amino acids are indicated in the integration of the athlete's diet.
The product also contains beta-alanine, a precursor of carnosine.
No added sweeteners.
Green tea flavor.

How to use
Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet. Dissolve the contents of one sachet (equal to 16 g) in approximately 500 ml of water and shake well.
It is recommended to take one sachet before training.
