Description
Food supplement based on konjac fiber and fucus algae.
Glucomannan is a vegetable fiber obtained from konjac tubers.
It absorbs liquids and when in contact with water in the stomach it forms a soft gel that envelops the food.
In the context of a low-calorie diet it contributes to weight loss.
The iodine contained in fucus also supports normal energy metabolism and regular thyroid function.
Ingredients
Glucomannan tuber powder ( amnorphophallus konjac ), gelatin, fucus thallus dry extract ( fucus vesiculosus l., contains maltodextrin and silica), titrated at 0.11% in iodine; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 6 capsules per day.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in 3 doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet.
In order for it to reach the stomach, the substance must always be taken with plenty of water.
Warnings
The product does not replace a varied diet.
It should be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity.
If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than three weeks, it is advisable to follow the advice of the doctor.
Possible choking hazard for persons with swallowing difficulties or if swallowed without adequate fluid intake.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Conservation
