Valeriana es ( valeriana officinalis l. root, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide) titrated at 0.42% in valerenic acids; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, food gelatine; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; firming agents: potassium and aluminium silicate; colourings: E171, E133.
Gluten free.

It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day.
It is recommended to take one capsule in the evening before going to sleep or when needed, to be swallowed with a large sip of water.
