Description
Fennel herbal tea, with beneficial properties.
Ingredients
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruits 30%, peppermint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaves, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves, chamomile (Matricaria recutita L.) flowers, caraway (Carum carvi L.) fruits, coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) fruits.

How to use
Bring 150 ml of water (1 cup) to the boil and then turn off the heat. Add 2 g of herbal tea (about 2 teaspoons) and stir well. Cover the container to avoid losing the more volatile substances. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then filter. Add sugar or honey if desired. We recommend 2 or 3 cups a day, away from meals.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. The expiry date indicated refers to the product in intact packaging and stored correctly.
