Food supplement based on Calcium and, together, Vitamin D and Boron, in synergy to contribute to the physiological maintenance of bone structure. Useful for pregnant women and during breastfeeding; for young people in the phase of rapid growth, for those who follow low-calorie or high-fiber diets as well as for those who follow a vegan diet or simply for those who do not tolerate lactose.
In the formulation of these tablets proposed by Erbamea, there is the association of two excellent components: Vitamin D and Boron, which specifically help to promote the absorption of Calcium and its fixation in the bones.
It does not contain gluten.

How to use
It is suggested to take 2 to 4 tablets per day, preferably with meals. The maximum recommended dosage allows you to take 100% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) for Calcium.
