How to use
To prepare an excellent infusion, pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), add a filter bag and leave to rest for 5-8 minutes; cover the container to avoid dispersing the more volatile substances:
Before removing the filter bag, press it lightly with the back of the teaspoon. Use one bag per cup.
The resulting infusion can be sweetened to taste with sugar or honey. It is recommended to take 1-2 cups of infusion per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
