Ingredients
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale Weber) root 20%, burdock (Arctium lappa L.) root, chicory (Cichorium intybus L.) root, peppermint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaves, hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) flowers, dog rose (Rosa canina L.) rose hips, birch (Betula pendula Roth.) leaves.

How to use
Bring 150 ml of water (1 cup) to the boil. Add 2 g of herbal tea (about 2 teaspoons) and mix well. Cover the container to avoid losing the more volatile substances.
Simmer for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat. Leave to infuse for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then strain. Add sugar or honey if desired.
We recommend 2 or 3 cups of herbal tea per day away from meals.
