Descriptionfood supplement based on melatonin, L-tryptophan and L-glycine. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, a precursor of melatonin.
Ingredients
demineralized water, L-tryptophan, L-glycine; acidifier: citric acid; flavouring; preservative: potassium sorbate; melatonin, thickener: xanthan gum.
Gluten- free and naturally lactose -free.

How to use
