Dietary food intended for special medical purposes providing a mixture of amino acids metabolic mediators of protein synthesis, intended for the dietary treatment of protein malnutrition in acute and chronic pathologies, accompanied by loss of muscle mass and in senile or neoplastic sarcopenia.
Consisting of qualitatively and quantitatively well-defined essential amino acids that, by improving nutritional status, allow for the preservation of physical autonomy, with a reduction in the risk of frailty, especially in the elderly. Thanks to its pleasant palatability, it is indicated for the diet of both subjects requiring enteral nutrition and subjects with normal swallowing function, also facilitating the transition from enteral to oral nutrition.

Osmolarity
340 mOsmol/l by dispersing the contents of a sachet in 100 ml of water
270 mOsmol/l by dispersing the contents of one sachet in 140 ml of water

How to use
Minimum recommended dosage: 1-2 sachets per day or as advised by your doctor, preferably away from main meals.
Enteral administration.
Preparation:
1) pour the contents of a sachet into a suitable, dry container, disperse in 100/140 ml of water at room temperature or slightly warm;
2) mix until the product is completely dispersed;
3) wash the probe with 30 ml of water before and after administering the product;
4) administer using a syringe of at least 60 ml.
Do not mix the product with other enteral nutrition formulas in the same bag. Do not use the product parenterally.
Oral administration.
Preparation:
1) pour the contents of a sachet into a dry glass;
2) add water at room temperature or slightly warm and mix until the product is completely dispersed.
Consume immediately after preparation.

Warnings
To be used under medical supervision.
Not for parenteral use.
The product:
- It is not suitable to be used as a sole source of nutrition.
- Not recommended for children under three years of age.

Storage methods
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly.
