Description
Food supplement of soluble branched amino acids for the athlete's diet, with beta-alanine and pepform leucine peptides. Peptides are small chains of amino acids that are often faster to assimilate than the amino acids themselves. It nourishes the muscle and promotes recovery.
High dosage and high purity of BCAA, with zinc and B vitamins.

How to use
Dissolve 1 dose (2 scoops = 10 g) in at least 250 ml of water.
The product can be taken during intense activities (intra workout), dissolved in a water bottle, even combined with other supplements.
The product is also suitable for post-workout. The maximum permitted dosage is 5 g of BCAA/day, equal to 2 scoops.
Pre-exercise use (anti-catabolic and muscle acidosis counteracting purposes): approximately 2 hours before the start of training.
Post-exercise use (nourish the muscle and fight free radicals): approximately 1 hour after the end of training or in the evening, when the anabolic phase is most efficient.
Intra-workout use (support muscles, combat fatigue, anti-catabolic): dissolved in a water bottle, to be taken during very intense activities as a complement to hydro-saline/energy supplementation.
