Description
Food supplement based on titrated plant extracts of feverfew, angelica, lemon balm and chasteberry, with magnesium and vitamin B6.
Feverfew, angelica and chasteberry help counteract menstrual cycle disorders. Angelica also promotes blood circulation. Feverfew also counteracts localized tension.
Lemon balm promotes relaxation, mental well-being and a normal mood, and has an antioxidant action.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose and dicalcium phosphate; corn starch, angelica (Angelica sinensis Oliv. Diels) root d.e. titrated to 1% ligustilide, feverfew (Tanacethum partenium L.Sch. Bip.) herb with flowers d.e. titrated to 0.5% parthenolide, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves d.e. titrated to 7% hydroxycinnamic derivatives as rosmarinic acid, chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit d.e. titrated to 0.5% agnuside; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, fatty acids and microcrystalline cellulose; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1-2 tablets daily with plenty of water, preferably in the morning after breakfast.
It is recommended to take the product starting 7 days before the cycle and for the following 3 days.
